A very big welcome to my website! My name is Carol and it is my pleasure to share with you more about Carol bakery products!

Biography

I started baking 12 years ago. During my free time, I enjoy looking at recipe books and try baking cakes and cookies myself. As time goes by, it slowly becomes a passion! where I went to upgrade myself to learn elementary and intermediate baking courses conducted at community centres. People always ask me, " Carol! So why should I buy pineapple tarts, kueh lapis and mooncakes from you? Would'nt it be better if I buy outside?"

I personally feel, there is always an added home-taste in the bakery products that I make. These are some testimonials from my customers

Kueh Lapis

One of the distinct features of my kueh lapis is the addition of brandy* inside which gives a special taste to it.

$48 per block (7 inch x 10 inch x 3 inch - 1.2kg)

*Customers may choose to order kueh lapis which contain brandy or non-brandy. But it is wise to choose brandy because it tastes NICER!!

$12 per block (5 inch x 5 inch x 2 inch -400g) minimun 4 blocks

For kueh lapis order: Customers must order 3 days in advance. Customers can be assured that kueh lapis are made fresh.
